Terms of Service
By booking a service with Sahar Al Sharq Home Services you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all maintenance, repair and renovation work carried out in Dubai.
Quotations and pricing
Prices are confirmed in a written quotation before work begins. Additional work discovered on site is quoted separately and requires your approval.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe site access at the agreed time. Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice from either party.
Workmanship warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated in your quotation. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied parts and materials.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing, for example under an annual maintenance contract.
